Two night break-
Very polite and helpful staff-PJ was so friendly at check-in and gave a free upgrade to our room for a sea view which was great. See a. Great sunset from front facing balcony,
Giannis-very helpful when we needed advice about rental car. Spoke to company on phone for us and looked at the car for us. Staff are welcoming and super friendly.
Only stayed 2nights so used room for sleep really-room good, ours was clean inside. No issues with the room at all. Outside on balcony is peeling paint but not much of an issue really doesn’t affect the stay.
Nice restaurant inside the hotel-good walking distance to Old Town and close by restaurants and beaches.
Beach across road however at this time of year was unusable-no sun-beds as out of season-and hasn’t been cleaned for the season yet.

Very dirty hotel
Very bad experience in a dirty hotel
We travel often and have stayed in many hotels, but we have never experienced anything as bad as this hotel. The location was disastrous, and the search for the hotel was already frustrating. The surroundings of this hotel do not invite vacations.
At the reception we were not even greeted – the reception was unfriendly and unprofessional. We had booked a Deluxe Suite, 1 King Bed and Sofa Bed with Sea View. When we finally came to our “suite”, we were shocked. The front door was made of cardboard lid and the supposed suite looked like a storage room. The first impression was just disappointing: Nothing was clean, the tiles were worn and had huge stains.
The bathroom was dirty and not cleaned; we saw water stains and rust on the fittings. The pillows in the bed were in such blatant condition that they probably hadn't been washed for several years. There was also a lot of hair in bed, which was just disgusting. The view from the balcony was anything but inviting – you looked out on old roof tiles and a run-down air conditioning.
Because of this disaster, my wife and I decided that we could not stay here. We brought the dirty pillows back to reception and asked what they thought. The answer was unsatisfactory: Only a free breakfast for our five days was offered, which we declined.
Instead, we packed our bags and left. On the positive side, I can only highlight the quick response from Hotel.com, who have provided us with excellent support in this situation.
It is incomprehensible to us how this hotel could ever receive positive reviews. We can only strongly advise against staying here!

Bad
Last afternoon we closed a room to rest, when we arrived there was no reception after a little search we found a child was trying to serve too but they had not informed him about the reservation!!! We waited a little there we went to the room to take a bath and there was no hot water at all!!! We went down and we said it and the issue was not settled again! Without hot water we got up and left after 2 hours we arrived maybe less!!

Nightmare on Elm street
The hotel is new and the staff were lovely that’s where it ends, I paid quite a bit extra for a sea view room , the sea view was if you went onto the balcony walked to the very left hand side and jumped up stretching your neck around the corner of the building , I was very annoyed and angry and sent a message to the hotel but heard nothing back, also the hotel is in the red light district and the music is very very loud so if your planning on a quiet break this is not for you, Iv come home exhausted, I bought earbuds from the chemist but to no avail and the music goes on until 2-4am every night , About 3 days before we were leaving I asked for a late check out , they couldn’t do it , I asked could we pay to keep the room on they couldn’t do it , I asked could we leave our luggage with them and get showered as we’re out of our room at 11am and the flight was at 9.30pm , they don’t have anywhere for you to get washed or showered , there is a toilet downstairs but not suitable for getting cleaned up, the suitcase were put in like a broom cupboard and there was 2 others there , there were no tickets given so anybody could have lifted the wrong luggage , honestly this hotel is for party goers , it’s definitely not a relaxing hotel , I contacted booking.com but heard nothing from them…. So beware

Not recommended
Inadvisable, virtually absent cleaning we had dust everywhere, towels that smelled excessively of bleach and in any case stained, sheets and bed covers never changed and also stained, not to mention under the bed that there was so much dust that we could make a pillow.
The bathroom just arrived had the towel rack absent because it was broken, and the water drain next to the toilet was so clogged that when we turned off the sink tap we practically flooded.
Despite the repair the bathroom continued to smell like sewer for the entire week.
The room also had a considerable humidity, we had to cover the pillows otherwise we slept in the wet.
Not to mention the exaggerated prices for renting vehicles and the valets down the street who don’t want you to stop your car claiming that the places were theirs.
The bathroom just arrived had the towel rack absent because it was broken, and the water drain next to the toilet was so clogged that when we turned off the sink tap we practically flooded.
Despite the repair the bathroom continued to smell like sewer for the entire week.
