Great stay!
Stayed in an Air of Mystery villa (#39). I point out #39 because I think it offers a tremendous amount of privacy. It is at the end of the path and very few people pass by. The room and amenities were comfortable. The staff was great - very responsive through WhatsApp - anything we needed was just a text away and within minutes it was taken care of. Let the guys carry your bags! There are a lot of steps - it is well worth the tip!! The hotel is only a few minutes walk from Oia which saves fighting traffic/parking.

Mystique - A comprehensive hospitality experience
I had a truly excellent experience at Mystique, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Santorini and feel that it deserves every positive comment it receives. From the moment of arrival until my departure, everything was perfectly organized and cared for to the last detail.
My stay was unique - the room, the view, the atmosphere and the services created an experience of real relaxation and luxury. But what stood out most was the people of the hotel. All staff were polite, professional and always willing to help with a smile and genuine interest.
A special mention deserves the hotel manager, Mano Krasadaki, who with his professionalism, hospitality and personal care made my stay even more special. It is obvious that it attaches great importance to the detail and quality of the visitor experience.
The Mystique is not just a luxury hotel, it is a comprehensive hospitality experience that remains unforgettable.
I look forward to coming back again.

Plumbing issues a minor issue but everything else is great.
It’s a beautiful hotel with stupendous views that cannot be beaten. We expected the steps to rooms to be steep/uneven and enjoyed the workout but we are fit 60+ yr olds. They will have you sign a waiver for this. If you aren’t mobile or have issues with walking/knees/mobility, it’s not for you. We had some plumbing issues the first night which the hotel addressed. We need to remember that the whole island has plumbing issues and is not like the plumbing you have back home in the USA or UK. I would’ve taken a point off for this as it really upset my night to have issues with getting clean/being cold the first night but maintenance and management tried very hard to fix what they could. Next morning the water was fine/hot and the service is excellent with friendly faces and a yearning to please. The main pool is not heated during off season so it was very cold but we enjoyed meeting people by the bar pool. I loved the food. The proximity/walk into town was great with lots of tourist shops.

Best property you can find in the Santorini
Our experience at Mystique, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Santorini was nothing short of exceptional. The property perfectly captures the island’s beauty — elegant, serene, and with stunning caldera views from every corner. The staff were incredibly attentive and genuinely kind, always ready to help with anything we needed. Every moment felt special, from the beautifully presented breakfast to the relaxing infinity pool. Mystique truly embodies luxury and hospitality at its finest — an unforgettable stay we’d recommend to anyone visiting Santorini.

Find you another place to stay
The worse experience I’ve ever encountered. This place is unsafe, outdated, the room was musty and the rooms are not worth the price. There are plenty of other nice hotels near this hotel that are 1/3 of the price they’re charging.
