We had a wonderful stay at Volcano View Hotel. The hotel is beautiful, and the breathtaking view of the caldera is truly unforgettable.
A special thank you to Christina at reception, who was always kind, helpful, and welcoming. We would also like to thank Petros and Niko in the dining room for their warm hospitality and attentive service.
Everyone at the hotel was extremely friendly, professional, and service-oriented. They truly made us feel welcome and made our stay even more enjoyable.

Amazing hotel!
This place is amazing. The location and views are stunning. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and peaceful. Great views from the room and throughout the property. The staff is top notch - very nice, helpful, responsive, and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful family experience
We had a beautiful 5 night stay here. The views from the room are spectacular. Staff are incredible - from reception through to breakfast (biggest shout out to Kostas who made each breakfast delightful). Staff offered tips on tours, car hire, restaurants and the must visit spots on the island.
We will be back!
The only suggestion I would have for improvement is to consider topping up the provided water bottles in the rooms each day as the tap water isn’t drinkable.

Volcano view hotel is fantastic
This hotel is amazing, the rooms are spacious and spotlessly cleaned. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Whilst there are a lot of stairs the service, rooms and amazing views are worth it.
We were an adult family of 6 and had 3 rooms. The buffet breakfast is delicious and there’s something for everything.

An Unforgettable Stay at Volcano View
We are a family of five, and we have just spent nine wonderful nights at Volcano View. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything exceeded our expectations. Volcano View truly made our trip to Santorini even more special, and a huge part of our amazing experience is thanks to the incredible people working there.
From the very first moment, we were welcomed so warmly by the receptionist, who was exceptionally kind, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed.
We would especially like to thank Kostas, Petros, and Sofia. Their genuine kindness, positive energy, and outstanding service made every single day brighter. They always put a smile on our faces and gave us the best possible start to each morning. Together with the rest of the team, they made us feel like we had found a second family. Saying goodbye to such wonderful people was honestly one of the hardest parts of leaving Santorini. We wish them nothing but the very best—they truly deserve it.
The hotel itself is exceptional—spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and with breathtaking views of the caldera. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and the pool area was peaceful, relaxing, and never felt overcrowded.
