Disappointment

A hotel that, although it had potential, unfortunately left us disappointed. The quality-price ratio is bad if you think that it cost us 3000 euros for a week. We had breakfast and dinner buffet at the price and since we are a 5-member family, we found it convenient for us. However, it did not meet our expectations.
Initially, we felt like we weren't expected because they hadn't prepared the room as we had agreed (to prepare the small bed for the child), it wasn't clean (when I moved the bed to have it prepared, there was a stain dried from coffee on the floor from a previous stay), spider webs on the wooden ceiling, fingerprints and dirt on the doors and closets, and dirty corners. We told them the phone wasn't working and because it has no signal, we couldn't communicate about anything except if we went down to the reception. They said they would do it, it wasn't done. Both sinks have this paradox, the faucet is so close to the back of the sink that when you wash your hands, the water falls back and out of the sink. Bad craftsmanship everywhere. The intermediate door has upper tracks so they can make it (!). The mosquito net in our room was torn so we couldn't leave it open ever because there were mosquitoes and other things as is logical. The second bathroom in the children's room sometimes smelled very bad and brought sewer smells, besides the fact that it would return impurities periodically. We were informed and they said a specialist would come to see it, we didn't have any other updates, and the problem didn't even happen until we left. There was no trash can in the room past the bathroom and we hung up bags. The soundproofing is bad, you can hear anyone passing in the hallway or next door.
Let's go to the food topic. Moderate to bad. Options own almost every day and mediocre quality. My son, after eating several of the raisins, discovered that they had microscopic worms. Of course, we told her and informed the girl who was there at the buffet, no one else came to apologize, and we didn't want to make it a big deal because of the children, since my son couldn't eat anything from there again and had a shock, so if we made it a big deal, it would have an impact on them too. I understand that it might be a supplier issue, but there must be a check. Even if there are some things that are obvious no matter how much money you pay, let alone when you pay such amounts. My husband had arranged for a bouquet upon arrival, which he was correctly charged for, but there was no bouquet, and even when he told them, they didn't show particular interest; they told us that he hadn't been charged anyway. In the end, it was charged and we have to wait a few days for a refund. Generally, even though they have the capabilities, it's as if they don't have control themselves at the hotel and they left it to chance. Although the staff was willing at times to serve, nothing changed. There is no good beach in front, as it seems, you have to walk and go to the next beach bar or take the car to the other one with which they have a partnership.
Finally, I should mention that while we were on the 4th floor (actually the 3rd), the elevator only reached the lower level, which they had not informed us about.
I will never go again and I will not encourage any of my friends to go.

Nice

The hotel was nice. The staff was very helpful . The room was good. Clean and big. The position it’s not fantastic , because it is not on the shore. It is not fare from the see , but you have to walk 100-200 m to beach. The pool was good . The restaurant had a poor menu . Nice people, but the menu very poor.

It didn't deserve

Rooms not so clean. Needs renovation. The poor quality breakfast. We went for a three-day New Year's Eve. We paid for three nights a pretty big quota because we had a room with jacuzzi. Pretty disappointment. The Revegion Trisathlio. A little buffets with two or three kinds of very poor quality. Nothing was eating. The next day served in the buffet what was left of the previous one. Of course they didn't eat. And the singer's peak. Just a poem proclamation! Not to comment on anything else! We were disappointed. It wasn't worth the money.
