Penginapan murah tp nyaman

Ini Villa cukup murah dan hemat dgn fasilitas lengkap ada kolam renangnya, ada cafe diatas yg bagus banget viewnya kalo buat foto tp jgn lupa pake jaket.
Karena cuaca cukup dingin krn berada diakses menuju gunung panderman.
Lokasi cukup dekat dgn obyek wisata petik apel, museum angkut, jatim park, dll.

Uncovinient Stay with a very bad service

I stayed there last night. It is a sudden decision to stay there because we reached at Malang in the night.
The room is dusty and when we reached there's a big orange frog on the wall.
The flush on the toilet also not working. We need to fill the tank by our self.
The host is not nice. They force me to pay with cash because they turned of the EDC meanwhile they mentioned that they have 24hours recepcionist.
My other group is the one whos booked the place, but my group come to wrong villas because we are in different car.
The stay was paid. But it was not in their system. Then they forced me to pay with cash, since the other group is not arrive yet, so i decided to pay for 2 family room.
And figured out my group is in wrong hotel. Then we decided to be in separated hotel, fine for me to stay here. But i request to have a refund on the other room that i paid. But they are refuse, eventhough we are nit using it.
Very bad service!

Perlu waktu

Dalam masa renovasi sehingga banyak material yg masih berserakan. Dalam penataan parkir yg buruk karena langsung di depan kamar tamu dan cafe tidak dirawat dg baik.
Sirkulasi udara yang kurang, sehingga bau dlm kamar mandi bisa masuk ke kamar tidur.
Untuk viewnya jg kereen karena tepat di dekat landscape.
