A VERY BAD SERVICE.

I stayed at this hotel twice and the service was very different from the first time I stayed here,
1. Hot water is not available and informed by the hotel staff for a maximum of 2 hours but until the next day the hot water is still not working and I finally took a bath using cold water.
2. When breakfast food does not vary and meets with the head of the restaurant and I give input about hot water and food there instead flushing and flushing, as if challenging and not accepting given input.
3. When checking out I made a hot water complaint to the staff of the reception a/n Yuli was very surprised that the answer cried and threw the face.
JUST GET IN FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO SNEAK IN HERE BECAUSE YOU SHOULD THINK TWICE.

Likely the best hotel choice in Baubau

Stayed over one night before my flight out, arriving from Tomia. Hotel, and my room, were modern, clean, spacious, good breakfast in bright, attractive restaurant by pool. Pool and pool area looked clean and inviting. Front desk and all staff were very pleasant and tried to be helpful, but spoke almost zero English and even with Google translate to bahasa didn't comprehend simple, obvious questions. Room, bed, pillows were comfortable except for infernal heat. Not so great: room was extremely HOT when I checked in, and a/c took six hours to get it below 80F. Room key runs electricity, so either have to wait in hot room for it to cool down, or come back later to a hot room (unless you "forget" your key so a/c can run, which I figured out the following morning.) There is no refrigerator or room safe. At checkin there were no towels in room and pillows had no pillowcases. Linens were delivered shortly after but bath mat was clearly dirty. Location is convenient to the palace fort and dragon statue, and not too far from airport; oddly, it was quite difficult to get a Grab rideshare. Overall a good experience except for excruciating hours in HOT room with weak a/c. Choose an even numbered room - they face east, toward better view and away from broiling afternoon sun.

Dirty, run down, and few other options

Stayed at this hotel one night after a liveaboard dive trip from Ambon to Baubau. This hotel has potential, but the comfort and luxury stops at the lobby.
Areas of opportunity:
1. The towels were dingy and had holes.
2. It took hours for the air-conditioning to cool the room to a tolerable level.
3. The water ran for 15 min in the shower before there was warm water.
4. The room was dirty and shower was very dirty.

friendly staff, good service and spacious rooms, clean and fragrant, For business and leisure matters are highly recommended hotels here, Apalgi swimming pool facilities are clean and very clear.
