Clean, great service and facilities

I stayed in Bali Beach Hotel from 5-10 April 2026. My room was not ready past 3:00 pm even though the official check-in time is 3:00 pm which was quite inconvenient.
The hotel grounds are expansive and beautifully maintained. There is plenty of space to walk around and enjoy the surroundings, with lush greenery and direct access to the beachfront. The facilities are also top-notch, including a well-equipped fitness centre and complimentary yoga sessions, which added a refreshing and wellness-focused element to the stay.
The room was another strong point. It was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with thoughtful amenities provided. I particularly appreciated the twice-daily housekeeping service, which kept the room in excellent condition throughout my stay.
The breakfast buffet spread at Roso Restaurant was impressive, offering a wide variety of local Balinese dishes, and international options. Everything was fresh and well-prepared, and the service was excellent. The staffs were attentive without being intrusive.
I’m unable to comment on the value for money, as my stay was covered by my company.

Check in was very poor had to wait until 5 pm for keys no offer of refreshments breakfast was not explained
Our room was nothing like what was on the website the bathroom was very small with mould in the shower
Room layout was very poor and no sea views from the bed
The lifts were very small and very slow I had to wait up to 10 minutes a few times
We were very disappointed in the hotel room and definitely not a4 star room
The only bright thing was the staff and pool bar
I would not recommend this hotel

Fantastic experience!

We had a fantastic time, we cannot fault our experience. Our room was spacious and very clean, the food was on another level and the facilities were great - our kids kept asking us to go back to kids club. The customer service was honestly outstanding, top notch! We had an incredibly memorable experience

Amazing resorts. Beautiful sea view. Great breakfast. Nice staff.

My family and I have a great time at Bali Beach Hotel. This is the best resort in Sanur. It is the ultimate choice. All the rooms have great sea view. The breakfast has great selections and tasty. The staff and managers from the hotel and restaurant are welcoming, professional, and helpful. The team truly cares about their guest satisfactions, attentive, and responds fast. This resort is beautiful. They have bikes that you can rent for free for the first hour, you can ride along Sanur Beach for miles. If you would like to have a memorable and wonderful stay in Bali, this is the perfect hotel for you. We would definitely recommend this amazing Bali Beach Hotel to family and friends, and one day would come back again.
