Great Resort
One of the best Resort at Lagoi bay area. The Hospitality from the Staff was very appreciated ⭐. View, beach activity, and also the food very satisfying ❤️.

Great resort, only in the pool you can't swim
A great resort, just 1:30 hrs ferry time from Singapore (book Emerald Class, so better service and waiting lounge access), with pool problem
ENTRY
Upon entry, Germans should have at least 253,000 Indonesian rupiah with them for a 7-day cash visa. Change before crossing!
ATM and currency exchange are located behind! passport control. In two, however, you also get the problem solved locally.
RESORT
The journey time is only 10 minutes. Extremely nice check-in. The hotel is a member of Marriott Bonvoy, but points are not earned when booking through an organizer.
ROOM
We had a sea view suite/cabana. One of the largest and most beautiful rooms on all our trips!
Unfortunately, the light on the bathroom mirror cannot be switched off (centrally controlled). Thus, it is never quite dark in the bedroom. You should get a briefing on the lighting in the room.
The air conditioning cools up to 3 degrees colder than set, max 25°C warm.
The floor in the shower is slippery.
STAFF
Super nice, friendly and attentive. In all areas, a friendly smile meets you. Our "maid" put handwritten messages on our bed - great!
BEACH CLUB
Very pleasant music, good seating, indoors and outdoors.
Also here friendly staff, even if it is not so fast.
This is the only conversation far and wide.
POOL
The only drawback for me is that there is one reason not to come back:
The 3 pools are only suitable for standing and walking, swimming only for small people and children. The pool depth is only 1.0m-1.2m. So I couldn't swim at all with 1.80m. Disappointing! The water just passed over my legs.
SHOPPING OPTIONS
There is the Lagoi Plaza across the street. There you will find massage, some restaurants and shopping markets.
But no pharmacy, absolutely pack complete travel pharmacy.
The small bar at the end is not cheap and sparsely sorted.
CONCLUSION:
The resort is right for those seeking relaxation, not for solo travelers and certainly not for partygoers.
The lack of swimming facilities due to insufficient pool depth prevents a repeat stay for me for the time being. What a shame!

Amazing
My family loved the stay at Four Points. It’s beautiful, big and well-designed and -maintained. We particularly enjoyed the Lagoi Beach Club where kids could swim the whole day while enjoying their excellent food in between.
Great service by all the staff we encountered throughout our stay.
We especially love the complimentary photoshoot experience. The photos taken by the beach with the coconut tree backdrop turned out well. Excellent service by Salsa and Sukma!. They were extremely professional and friendly. Salsa went out of the way to serve us. Great editing by Dana.

what a wonderful place
We have had the MOST wonderful experience here. We ( parents& teenage children) all recommend this lovely resort. Time by the pool, at the beach & Spa. Putri and Sukma took great care of us in the spa , their treatments are so good we went back twice & left feeling renewed. At breakfast Tama ensured our dietary needs were met and that we could relax. Visit 4points, visit the spa, it is worth every minute you spend here . Thank you to all the lovely staff, you notice, you listen.

Memorable Family Trip
Me and family had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Wish I could name all the good people we've met during our stay that make our holiday a memorable one.
