Strategic location & excellent services

We have stay several times here at Hotel Wisata Palembang because of its very strategic location, easy access from everywhere as it is next to Sudirman street and walking distance to The biggest pasar 16 and Pasar Cinde the most famous for eqquipment, maintenance tools, accesories and local foods even next to the hotel is alots of famous pempek outlet
Services is excellent staff are very polite, smiling at all times and try to help its guest anywhere possible
We will definetely come back and here and it is recommended for family and business trip

Do you like it?

First:wet floor with polluted water inside toilet upon arrival.
Second:power supply suddenly cut off. I had to use mobile phone to tourch my way out.
Third: damaged toilet facilities plus bad odeour
Fourth: room light could not be switch off when sleep

breakfast was lot of improvement by the new chef.

the friendly staff and they also provide the new system of free wifi in the room. moreover Wisata Hotel is closed to Ampera Bridge, my family were enjoying the trip in Palembang. thank you for the nice staff and good services , keep up the good job.

Very warmth service

The staff are very friendly and full of smile. The breakfast also good, and I like pisang goreng keju. Stay here is like feels like home.. Two stars hotel but has lift is the good point. Some hotel in Palembang 2 or 3 stars dont have.

Saya room 324,saya menginap di novotel selama 1 hari,saya setiap ke palembang ke novotel,karna viewnya adem banget saya sangat suka,saya suka banget sama makanan bfastnya bervariasi banget,saya hari ini mencoba mie celor nya best banget,dan pelayanannya juga bagus,dari reseption,sama fbs nya,semua rama2,saya tadi dilayani dengan ramah sama kaka juliana,best semua buat novotel 10/10 deh saya kasih
