Purikasih gotlieb, a pearl in the jungle
We had an amazing experience at Puri Kasih Gottlieb. This hotel is truly a hidden gem surrounded by nature, located less than 10 km from Ubud. The setting is peaceful and green, making it the perfect place to completely unwind.
What stood out most is the exceptional service. The staff are very polite, helpful, and genuinely service-minded. We stayed there for 14 days and used Puri Kasih as our base for various trips around Bali and (we also went to Labuan Bajo. And back to Puri Kasih). The hotel also helped us arrange a car with a driver, which made everything very easy and comfortable.
In between our excursions, we planned a few relaxing days, and Purikasih is the perfect place to recharge. We booked massages that came directly to the hotel -> Puri Kasih even has a separate area where you can fully enjoy the treatments in complete peace and privacy.
Another thing we absolutely loved was the attention to detail throughout the entire property. Both the interior design and the exterior landscaping are beautifully done and maintained to perfection. Every corner feels carefully thought out. The atmosphere is stylish, harmonious, and very relaxing. The value for money is very good. For everything you get, Puri Kasih is very reasonably priced. It’s an ideal place for anyone looking for nature, comfort, relaxing and warm hospitality during their stay in Bali. This was one of our best vacations ever. Greetings from Rudy and Sabine

Tranquil
Come here if you seek tranquillity. This place is so perfect. This is a beautiful property, about 30 mins (by bike) from Ubud centre. They have clean and comfortable rooms with Netflix on TV, clean bathrooms, lush green forest view from the rooms, cafe, swimming pool, jacuzzi with hot water, good quality bikes available for rent, umbrellas, insect-repellent (although there are no mosquitoes or bugs). The highlight is the committed and attentive staff who are eager to help. Breakfast was fresh and sufficient (fresh fruit, fresh juice, homemade jams, bread basket, eggs, tea/coffee). We had dinner once at the restaurant and it was simple, hot and delicious. We had the local dishes: sambal mata, stir-fried vegetables, fresh coconut water and Ayam Bakar). They have some board games available in the cafe too. We loved the place and we will probably stay here everytime we visit Bali. We wish them all the best ❤️

Best place ever!
Best place I’ve ever been (not just in Bali but probably in my whole life). I usually don't leave reviews but this place is heaven on earth (and not that far from Ubud, which can be easily reached by motorbike/taxi/private driver with a few $ / €)
We had a junior room, the room is big and the furniture is new, the bathroom is wonderful and everything is spotless, cleaning‘s just perfect. There are only 5 rooms, which guarantees tranquility and privacy, the swimming pool is beautiful and there is a jacuzzi available. Staff is kind and welcoming, thank you so much, hope we’ll come back soon!

Welcome home!
This definitely is a hidden gem in the woods near Ubud... and at the same time a little piece of heaven on earth!
The villa is rather secluded in the woods of Ubud which allows you to enjoy the peace and quiet of the beautiful surroundings nature has to offer. Go for a bike ride or take a walk along and through the rice fields and be charmed by the kind and warm nature of the locals. Soak up some culture in Ubud, you can be there in no time by moped, taxi or car (with private driver) for only a few € or $. Or just stay at the property to relax and enjoy the pool, jacuzzi or an outdoor Balinese massage. You don't even have to go out to eat as the villa has an excellent kitchen that serves both local and western dishes. We can highly recommend the banana crêpes and pisang goreng! ;-)
The rooms are spacious, spotless and decorated with love to instantly make you feel at home.
Last but certainly not least: staff is most friendly and helpful... always with a smile :-)

Nice find
Small hotel with 5 rooms full of charm in a quiet location near the rice fields and the forest. Lovely and helpful staff. We had the very comfortable junior suite. Reasonable price including additional costs such as meals and massages done outdoors. Real Balinese massages. Good address far from the big structures but that's what we liked.
