Near Pawuwon Mall
Favehotel Graha Agung Surabaya was first opened in December of the year Twenty-Twenty-Four and is located near Pakuwon Square and near Pakuwon Mall Surabaya through a pedestrian path of eight hundred meters and eleven minutes. The room is quite spacious and clean but unfortunately cannot see the views and natural lighting because its windows are covered with walls or walls, the bathroom is small and clean, the television broadcast is quite complete and the room cooling or AC is quite good. The breakfast menu is quite a good choice and the dining room is quite spacious and the hygiene is good. The whole service is friendly, the parking in the basement is less spacious and the outside is quite spacious and safe.

Short stay for work, functional but very standard
I stayed at the favehotel Graha Agung Surabaya on January 15, 2026, checking in around 16:00, then checking out on January 16, 2026, at 12:00. I chose Standard Room with 1 big bed and breakfast.
Overall, the room I got was pretty standard for the hotel class. It should be noted that the room has no windows to the outside, so the atmosphere feels a little closed. TVs are available, but the choice of channels is very limited, so it is not very reliable for entertainment in the room.
For breakfast, the menu is very simple and the choice is limited. It's enough to squeeze the stomach, but it's not the kind of breakfast you'd expect or give a lot of variation.
Another thing that's quite noticeable is the parking fee. Each time a vehicle enters the hotel area, it will be charged Rp8.000, so if you come out more than once, the auto parking fee will be higher.
Besides, the restaurant is not Lime Restaurant like the favehotel in general and appears to be managed by a third party. As a result, the favehotel F&B membership discount of 25% could not be used, even for non-staying guests.
The plus value of this hotel is its strategic location, close to UNESA and Pakuwon Mall Surabaya, which is helpful for mobility. During my stay, I only use this hotel for night work, and for that purpose the hotel is still functional.
In conclusion, the favehotel Graha Agung Surabaya is okay for a short stay and business affairs, but don't expect comfort or special facilities. Suitable for guests who just need a resting place with a practical location.

Sehubungan dengan kamar untuk jendela keluar kami tersedia dengan tipe deluxe room, apabila berkenan bisa kami bantu upgrade dengan tipe tersebut, dan perihal untuk channel TV akan kami bantu informasikan dengan tim engineering kami agar dapat memberi lebih banyak pilihan perihal channel TV. Kami akan menindaklanjuti hal tersebut agar tidak terulang kembali kepada tamu-tamu kami. Sebagai informasi area hotel kami dikelola oleh pihak pakuwon yang dimana apabila ada tamu kami yang memasuki kawasan parkir area pakuwon akan dikenakan tarif biaya sebesar Rp 5,000 - Rp 8,000 serta tambahan biaya apabila menginap sebesar Rp 100,000. Namun untuk sementara waktu ini kami hanya dapat bernegosiasi perihal biaya menginap yang tidak dikenakan kepada tamu-tamu kami dengan syarat memberikan validasi pada karcis parkir. Sekali lagi kami memohon maaf atas ketidaknyamanannya selama menginap di favehotel Graha Agung Surabaya. Besar harapan kami untuk dapat menyambut kedatangan Anda di waktu mendatang dengan pengalaman yang lebih baik lagi.

If you have others matters to attend to and are using the hotel just for sleeping and maybe doing some catching up on emails, this is a decent hotel. Breakfast is ok. Room may be a bit smaller but still manageable.

What a terrible hotel simply untrustworthy front desk staff. We booked a two week stay for business colleagues from Australia, at check in we were told no room available and they had contacted Hotels.com cancelling the booking. I spoke to Hotels.com and this was not the case and the hotel had already been paid for the two week stay in advance of our check in - so their claim was a lie. We spoke to a manager on the phone who was not interested in helping, we were eventually offered a different room type to the one we booked and paid for in advance but they demanded we paid extra !
The staff at the desk were incredibly unhelpful and it turns out that because we arrived a little late to check in they had sold the room we booked and paid for then lied.
We were made to wait an hour to find a solution and eventually our guests were given a temporary room but had to then change the next day.
The stay was made more uncomfortable as new guests next to the room made so much noise it was not possible to sleep or work in the room.
The hotel is located off the main road and every day we collected and dropped off our guests we were made to pay a fee to do so, how cheap especially with such a long stay.
Overall a presentable hotel but our experience with front desk and managers showed them to be dishonest and totally disinterested in their guests, this was embarrassing especially as it was for professional business colleagues - I will never stay or book another Favehotel.
