Good Experience

Been to this hotel 2 Times but second time at The first night stay is disappointed as they gave the outdated room next to pantry, however they moved us the next day to a way better room thanks to all effort of the staff such as Mbak Alya,Mas Ilham and Beby for all the help.

Choose Deluxe Room

We initially booked the standard room. Unfortunately, it was not clean and the bathroom smelled of drains. We were very kindly rebooked into another deluxe room. This was much better. The bathroom was more modern. However, it is still not perfect. Cleanliness should have nothing to do with the room furnishings. The breakfast buffet was really great.

Disgustingly dirty

Absolutely dire, dirty and scruffy. Our deluxe room was nowhere near what we expected - damp, mouldy, dirty bedding, blood spattered towels and a filthy bathroom ! Our view from the patio doors- a solid black brick wall - no help or assistance from UK Travel Centre and the staff spoke hardly a word of English and were more concerned about having to refund us some money rather than address the filth of the room! We were not alone - 2 other UK couples also faired the same - give it a wide berth not suitable for UK holiday makers

Good but difficult for parking

Spacious room, clean and good facilities, friendly staff and location ok the only minus is limited parking area fortunately they have valet facilities. The sevurities are friendly and helpfull staff, near to park and shopping center especially mall
