Very nice hotel, cosy rooms and very kind hotel staff. Breakfast should be improved though. All in all it was nice to stay there.

The room was not clean at all. The staff were not helpful at all. Only the Italian chef at breakfast was good. There were inappropriate women waiting in the hotel lobby. I came with my family, I would have changed hotels if I could have cancelled the reservation.

Fine Stay!

I had a wonderful stay at Deedam Hotel in Almaty. The hotel offers great value with comfortable and spacious rooms, friendly staff, and excellent facilities.
One of the highlights was the wellness area, which was perfect for unwinding after a long day. The fitness center was modern and well maintained, making it easy to keep up with my workout routine while traveling.
The location is also very convenient, with easy access to many of Almaty's attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. Everything was clean, well organized, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing.
A very pleasant experience overall, and I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Almaty.

No air conditioning - can’t make the room cooler even if temperature is warm outside, a bit stuffy in the room, but noisy after open window

The overall impression is not satisfactory! The view from the window ruins the whole experience!

The location of the hotel is not bad, but the view from the room window to the backyard leaves much to be desired. He asked for a change with a view of the mountains, but was unfortunately refused, citing lack of rooms. Breakfast range is very scarce, room is not cleaned every day.
