Astana is a beautiful city

Flew in at 6:00.
Checked in by early booking, the girls are very polite, breakfast is delicious.
The room isn't big but it's got everything.
A gym and sauna are included.
Chose this hotel because of its location to the Astana Arena.
There is also a shop, a pharmacy and coffee shops nearby in walking distance. Ten minutes by taxi at Mega Center.
On the downside is carpet in stains and air conditioning that didn't work even after the technician came in(
I also want to say that Astana is very beautiful.

First and last experiences

I can honestly say this is the first time I've written a review, but I can't help but share. I stayed at the Neos Hotel for 3 nights. I want to tell you in advance that the staff is polite, the rooms are clean. However, for 3 nights in a row when I arrived on a business trip, I heard the "ors" themselves realized what from the neighbors, and they were warned by the staff, but frankly, this is a hotel, not a brothel, and for 3 nights without sleep I had to wait for them to calm down. I'm a man who's always on business trips but honestly I can tell you this is the first time I've ever faced such horror, three nights in a row without sleep. This is the first and last time I came to this hotel, realized one thing apparently in Astana is better to choose hotel business so as not to face such horror, which just caused opposition.

Small boutique hotel. Very quiet. Good breakfast. Easy transportation with taxis to conference center, restaurants, and tourist sites. Would definitely stay again if I get back to Astana

This hotel is a gem. Friendly, helpful staff, a great gym, good breakfast, and nice rooms. I will visit them again when I'm next in Astana.

Nice staff, very comfortable bed, nice shower. Only issues were the breakfast not being good, and the curtains in the room weren’t big enough to cover the windows.
