Гостиница 3 дельфина

Побывали мы в этой гостинице, понравилось абсолютно всё!!! Сауна, бассейн, кухня вообще шедевр!!! Меню разнообразное , на любой вкус и любителей, понравится как мясоедам так и веганам!!! Номера гостиницы чистые, просторные, вид из окон у нас был на море - красота!!! А детская площадка радовала детишек!!! В общем советую всем, кто будет проездом или в отпуске в г. Актау обязательно приезжайте в гостиницу Три дельфина

Poor show

The room I got this time was not too clean. The shower screen sealant was all brown and filth.
The view from my room was looking onto an old soviet apartment block.
Breakfast was mediocre. Ordered a ribeye one night but could not cut it, I complained but did not get at the least a sorry from them.
Chasing me to check out saying there was new guests arriving and that they had to clean the room, going by my experience, the cleaning would have taken about 2 minutes. Was planning to go back in November but have since changed my mind.

Was planning to come back in November but will need to take a rainche k on that.

Checking in at 11 pm was easy enough, room was filthy upon arrival. Low water pressure in room. This was my second stay here. 1st for 2 weeks and this time 3 weeks. Breakfast mediocre. Had a ribeye steak one night and could not cut it, complained about it but nothing done about it, not even a sorry.
On check out day, they were hounding me to go as the room they said was again full and they needed to clean it, going by my experience, that would have taken a few minutes.
The view from my room was an old block of soviet flats/apartments.

Абсолютно безответные

Я заранее забронивала номер в этом отеле. За несколько часов до прилета я позвонила чтобы проверить бронь. И мне сказали что никакой брони нет. Я осталась ночью, в чужом городе одна. С большим трудом отыскала другую гостиницу, а на следующий день мне позвонили и спросили " а вы где, на вас забронирована комната". Когда я приехала чтобы разобраться, они никак не хотели нести ответственность за свой поступок, сказали ну можете сейчас въехать.... а то что я среди ночи осталась одна на улице по их невнимательности( они не увидели, что действительно стояла бронь) их не волновало.

Доступно и качественно

Приятная и простая гостиница по доступным ценам. Номера хорошие, чистые. Проблем с сантехникой и горячей водой не было. Вкусный завтрак, блюда по выбору.
Из минусов - номера на 3 и 4 этажах без лифта.
