Beautiful Hotel, Unfortunately Noisy and Disappointing Service
Unfortunately, our overall experience was affected by poor customer service, from reception through to the dining hall. In addition, the location made it very difficult to rest. It took 30 minutes to get eggs and pancakes and the lady had a terrrible attitude.
There was loud noise from nearby buildings, including a live band that played until around 4:00 a.m., followed by church activities starting as early as 7:00 a.m. As a result, we barely slept.
We requested a late checkout to recover from the disrupted night, but this was not granted, which felt quite unfair given the circumstances.
Overall, the facilities are great, but the service and noise levels significantly impacted our stay.

The location is good considering that, most of Kitui is undergoing gentrification.
It's kids friendly and has wonderful aesthetics, a mix of artistic impression mixed with urban interior green spaces.
