Good location right on the beach

A good stay. Location is great in terms of right on the beach, with a few good bars / restaurants along the way, it was amazing to just sit there by the pool, watching the world go by, the beach was stunning, amazing warm sea that you could walk along for miles.
At the front of the hotel, not a great deal of things around, turn left and walk towards a few shops, I found it easier using Uber, so cheap and much easier
There are "beach boys" right outside of the gate leading on to the beach, worth noting that the term beach boys may be misleading to some that have never been here before, me included, these are grown men basically begging, trying to sell things etc, may be uncomfortable for some.
However there were some really nice genuine guys, selling coconuts, coconut wine, small gifts etc, and genuinely there to talk to, offer advice etc...some real good conversation to be had, but then there were some that were just harassing people.
Back to the hotel, the bar area and service was great, as was the restaurant for breakfast...basic buffet with good omelettes made to order and again the team in there were really good.
Housekeeping worked so hard, and kept my room spotlessly clean, as well as public areas, and the security team both at the front of the hotel, the beach entrance and the main gate were also really friendly, and everyone was happy, and wanted to stop and have a chat
For the money paid, this was well worth it.

Terrible experience

Poor customer service,unkempt rooms with bad odor and unclean surfaces
Few options for food ,poor communication from the front desk

Breakfast - simple line in a Youth Hostel
Worst Burger I ever had in my life
Old white retired European Racist with long stay contresct dictate over the management - they ‚own‘ sunbeds all day without using them and so on
Surely no 4 star hotel!!!

Bad experience ever

Worst hotel ever stayed all my my times out traveling...rude front of house team...the food was terrible.
Rooms look unkept with with bad mouldish smell..no remotes yo control the aircon..in general not a good place to recommend for people who wants to have a peaceful ambience

Like: the beach and room view.
Didn't like: peeling paint, generally run down, best days behind them.
Unforgivable: at checkout claimed I didn't prepay, I wound up having to pay again to we could catch our flight. The smirk on his face made it clear to me I eas not the only person scammed by him.
