Absolutely perfect

We stayed there 8 nights at the end of February at the beginning of March 2026. Absolutely perfect stay. We were welcomed with great kindness and professionalism. Staf and staff available, responsive and always smiling. Perfect room, clean and very well equipped. Neat decoration and very green environment.
Location that allows you to easily enjoy the surroundings. I would definitely recommend this property. Thank you to the entire Madilao team.

Lovely hotel great staff

Great hotel a little out of town but shuttle service provided three times a day plus free bikes and ask about the bamboo raft which crosses the river so you can be in the centre in 10 to 15 minutes by any mode of transport. Rooms are big with balconies overlooking the beautiful gardens. We had breakfast plus a few lunches and dinners all were excellent. The staff are friendly and very helpful. We stayed 11 nights longer than most and really enjoyed it. Hopefully we will return one day.

It is a small hotel quite out of town and far from attractions, but that's also a good thing of it. It is fully quiet at night, no car or motorcycle sound at all and you can have a real tight sleep. The room is cleaned and the service staffs are nice and helpful. There is also shuttle car that can send you to the city and from the city back to the hotel.

Quiet Place

I stayed at Madilao Hotel for 3 days. The hotel exceeded my expectations. Front Desk and Housekeeping was prompt, professional, and respectful throughout my stay. One of the biggest advantages is the location far away from downtown but hotel have bicycle service and shuttle drop off at Night Market and downtown. A fantastic choice for travelers seeking quiet place with nature and great service. Highly recommended!

An incredible experience!

I absolutely loved this hotel! The design was stunning, combining modern aesthetics with a touch of traditional style. The spacious room was both comfortable and beautifully designed. As a light sleeper, I truly appreciated the quiet—this is one of the few hotels in Southeast Asia I stayed where it was completely silent at night. Despite being relatively close to the airport, I never heard a single plane.
The staff was exceptional, speaking excellent English and always helpful. They genuinely cared, often asking how my day was. The breakfast buffet was another highlight, offering a mix of Western and Asian dishes, fresh fruits, and a delicious fresh smoothie.
My favorite part of the stay was the free bikes available at any time of the day. The process was simple—just register when taking a bike and sign upon return. It was an easy and scenic 10-minute ride to the city center, so I didn’t even use the free shuttle bus the hotel also provides. Overall, an incredible experience!
One improvement the hotel could make was the water in the swimming pool. It was extremely cold, to the point where it gave me cramps.
