We always stay here when in Vientiane for business. Great location. Welcoming staff. Spotless rooms. Well done breakfast.

Very disappointed!

If the hotel "looks" you should still know that:
- although open until 11pm, the restaurant is no longer serving food and is closed from 9.30pm;
- impossible to have an espresso at 3 pm, we serve only cold drinks;
- here all bathroom accessories, toothbrush, comb, shampoo, shower gel etc... are individually packaged in plastic packaging!!!
- if you break a glass, you will be charged $5!!! Nothing to do not to pay and as I have some, unfortunately broke 2, I had to pay 10$
-and finally, I attach some pictures of the bathroom ... they are eloquent...

Centrally located in Vientiane

The location of the hotel is almost right in the center of the city, you can walk to many interesting points. Rooms are clean and tidy. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

Up-market hotel in central Vientiane

This is a fairly up-market hotel not far from the riverfront in Vientiane. There is a small gym and a rooftop pool. My room was of a reasonable size and it had a kettle and a fridge. Working wi-fi. The breakfast buffet was quite extensive. It could have done with a greater selection of fruit. There are plenty of places to eat nearby. I would have appreciated some touristic advice as I found all of Vientiane's tourist offices to be closed whenever I tried them. However, although the staff on reception spoke some English, they were not able answer my questions satisfactorily.

Ideal on arrival and before departure - since close to sm airport.

Stayed at this hotel on arrival and before departure in Vientiane. The rooms are good, on the roof terrace there is a small pool available. The view from above is beautiful. The night before departure we were allocated a suite, which surprised us. The pool and half the restaurant were privately occupied as the owner celebrated his birthday. Someone from the team still enabled us to eat outside on the terrace. Since we had to get up very early the next morning, we wanted to go to bed early. Our suite was directly below the room where the party took place. The ceiling partly fibrated from the music and dancing upstairs. It turned out it wasn't a gift that we were given this space. After a complaint at the reception it actually became quieter. Located just 10 minutes from the airport - that was ideal for us.
