Nice and cheap place with good location
The apartment was nice and really cheap, and also it has the best location. It's close to everything, for example most of the restaurants, the market, night clubs and monuments.
The key were in a box outside the apartment so you didn't need to check in and meet the stuff. But if you have any questions the answer reLly fast when you text them.
The only bad things were the towels (they were tiny) and the sofa bed (it was broken so we texted the stuff, they answered really fast and came and "fixed" it - the sofa bed became a little better but still not very comfortable).
The apartment is totally worth the money and it has the best location!

Disgraceful
Now called Riga booking apartments.

I rang the apartment 3 days before travelling to advise about arrival time to be told I had not booked the apartment. I explained that I had booked the apartment in Nov 18 . They said that they would ring me back in 10 mins which they Did not do. I rang 2 or 3 times the same day to have the phone call cut off by the apartments. I or then got a text from them asking me to ring them at 12-30 am to discuss. I asked if this was Latvian or English Time. No Response.
When I rang at 12-30am Latvian Time I was informed that the number of the apartments was unavailable.
I then involved Booking.com as the holiday was fast approaching and we were getting very concerned. Booking.com informed me the next day that that the apartment was double booked and they would find me alternative accommodation, which they did.
Booking .com handled the situation very well.
However the apartments staff and the way they handled the situation were appalling.

Double booked apartment
I wrote this exact review on google reviews but it seems to have been taken down so I am writing it on here. I booked an apartment in mid May to visit from 31st May until 3rd June. I was sat on the plane about to take off when I received a message saying that they had double booked my apartment and that there was nothing they could do. They offered me no alternative accommodation, just apologised and said they would return my money. 38 days have passed and I still haven’t received my refund. They stopped replying to my messages on the booking.com platform too. This is absolutely disgusting service and it seems I am not the only one who it has happened too. I urge everyone never to book an apartment with Expert apartments. They should be taken off booking.com! Disgusting that they can do this to people that have done nothing wrong! I’ve wrote this review to warn others as I wouldn’t want anyone else to have to go through the same horrendous experience.

Booking canceled without any reason, they do not answer phone call
My wife and I booked this apartment 2 months in advance and paid for it with a credit card. A day before the check-in, we received an e-mail saying that "the booking is canceled because the credit card is invalid" although the total amount had been written off 2 months ago. I tried to reach them by phone, all my calls to 3 different numbers were ignored. Instead of getting ready for a trip, we wasted half a day trying to contact them in vain and then looking for another apartment in a rush. As a result, we booked another apartment using the same "invalid" credit card.

回答極めて遅い
３月にbooking.com経由で８月に１０日間を予約し、振り込んだ。７月に入ると名前がBookingapartmentに代わり対応がなくなった。直接あるいは、booking.com経由で１０度以上問い合わせするも回答なし、旅先からも高い電話を使って２度booking.comに督促を依頼。前日になっても回答がないので、booking.comに代替え宿泊地を用意するように依頼。回答は当日の２時になっても回答がない場合、それをbooking.comに電話連絡、３０分後に代替え先をメールするので自分でアクセスして予約するように、振り込み済の代金は回収に努めると。ため息の出るような嬉しい回答であった。覚悟を決めているとチェクインの１０時間前にやっと連絡があり、どうにか１０日間宿なしは避けられた。
アパートは場所は良いし広いが 鍋フライパンは貧弱なのが一揃いだけ、照明はつかないものが多く暗い。バスルームは下水臭がひどい。洗濯機と食洗はあるがコンセントに電気が来ていない。
