MY FIRST STAY WILL BE BACK AGAIN

I just wanted to share my experience staying at this hotel from my visit last week.
I want to say a special thanks to Joy and Nico the staff and service were first rate.
Super deal on taking me to and from my work place using the hotel mini bus so much cheaper than using a taxi.
Loved the surroundings. Loved the hotel ambience and quaint decor.
Food was superb breakfast and evening meal.
One of the best stays I have had for a long time so thank you once again. Thought it well worth a mention on here.
Will bring my partner next time. Sadly this visit did not have a chance to enjoy the spa was a quick business visit only 3 days.

A bit expensive for the services, needs refreshing.

My husband had reserved a suite for my birthday, he had requested a view of the park, and we did indeed have a view of the park, but being on the first floor, we had a view of the roof instead. The hotel is quite dated, and the high price corresponds to a luxury hotel, but a good refresh would not hurt... We were warned that there was an issue with the pool, but upon arrival, we noticed that there were lounge chairs in it; the problem surely wasn't new. On the other hand, the location is very good for hiking, and the staff is very friendly.

Very disappointed.

The water stops all the time. No way to finish the shower. The restaurant is a scam… you pay €30 for a dish that looks like an appetizer. Finished in 10 seconds... incredible

Top hotel for location and food

Beautiful location with parking next to hotel within walking distance of the village.
Spacious rooms, a bit outdated but clean.
Friendly staff, friendly staff.
Both breakfast and dinner are recommended.
Only downsides were the wellness and fitness. The indoor pool was no longer filled and the gym is faded glory that would be better closed (or renewed).
