Beautiful tranquil retreat

We had a 3 night stay at Kasbah Angour. The room was very large, light and comfortable, the bathroom was lovely, clean and airy. Breakfast was good. The pool area was a pleasure to relax in and the staff extremely helpful. The hotel organised a walking tour which we really enjoyed. The gardens are beautiful, it’s a lovely tranquil place with beautiful sunset views

Highly recommended

Absolutely lovely. So peaceful, especially after the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. The gardens are beautiful (look out for the tortoises!). Staff were very kind and helpful. One of the waiters even lent my husband his phone so that he could watch the Champions League final, which was much appreciated.
The local scenery is stunning. We did a number of tours organised by the hotel. All were good, but the best was the half-day walk around the local Berber villages with Abdul who was absolutely charming and very interesting to talk to.
Many people wouldn't remark on this but, for me, one of the nicest things was that there is no piped music being played around the pool. I hate having a tinny drum-beat thumping away in the background but sadly it's the norm now in most hotels. Kasbah Angour wisely avoids this.
We really loved it and would highly recommend staying here.

Relaxing and friendly. Great local food

We spent 5 nights here and it is an amazing place to stay. Beautiful views, great local food, very friendly staff and a lovely pool. Set in a stunning garden and with plenty of local excursions on offer. We opted for a hike which was an eye opener into local life .

Restful hotel with wonderful views

The Kasbah Angour felt like an oasis after the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. Beautiful gardens, a great pool and magnificent views of the High Atlas. Our room was very comfortable and stylishly decorated, and while the food was generally simple, it was home-cooked and tasty. All in all, a wonderfully restful place to stay.

Peaceful stay

Amazing location and views. So peaceful came away feeling thoroughly relaxed. Rooms were good and staff very friendly and attentive. So easy to get to from Marrakech worth considering basing here if want to avoid the hustle of the city but be within striking distance
