Riad intimate and beautiful!

A unique family experience in this Riad with great charm and authenticity. The terrace and just amazing with breathtaking views. The rooms are full of charm, very comfortable, well equipped and quiet. Breakfast is gargantuan and typical Moroccan. All the staff are nice, smiling, attentive, available and very very nice. I will end up Fouzia!! Overflowing with kindness and generosity, she organized almost everything during our 5 days at the Riad and we were always very satisfied
In short I highly recommend this Riad and again a big thank you to Fouzia and his team

Big disappointment

Riad well placed but outdated / uncomfortable / cold and very very humid rooms.
Simple breakfast but in sufficient quantity.

Good location and clean

A beautiful and peaceful riad with a very warm and welcoming atmosphere ✨. The place feels calm and authentic, perfect for relaxing after a busy day exploring.

Ideal location with top comfort

Ideal location with top comfort in the rooms (space, bedding, sheets etc...).
Breakfast at the top and really friendly team from morning to night. The Riad is beautiful, the view from the terrace breathtaking. Highly recommend!

Unclean Room, Poor Service, and Denied Refund

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The room was extremely dusty, which triggered my allergies and made me sick. It was clear that proper cleaning was not a priority. On top of that, the view from the room was of a trash area, which was unpleasant and not what I expected. Given these conditions, I couldn’t stay another night and had to find another place to stay. I reached out for a refund, but the customer service was unhelpful. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable stay.
