bon petit hotel
L'Hotel et le personnel sont sympa je recommande pour y passer quelques nuits au centre ville. Juste dommage que l'eau chaude ne fonctionne que a certaines heures. J'y suis déjà venus plusieurs fois sans soucis

Budget Hotel
I stayed in this Hotel from 21 July to 28 July 2015, now they have 2 rooms with air condition in first floor nbr 101 and 102, I stayed in room101, both rooms are new and are clean, they clean the room everyday and supply clean towles but for soap I have to ask the front desk to get one and because there is no refrigerator I keep my botteled water in the restuarant refrigerator and marked with my room number as most guest do, the restuarant serve breakfast only but coffe and soft drinks available alwayes, showre and hot water 24 hours. arouned the Hotel there is many Shops, Restaurants,Taxes, pharmacy, and Mosq (note this Hotel and Sofia Hotel are in the same side of same street may be 300 meters)

Simple dingy
I think the previous reviewer was accurate.
200 dirhams for double, 165 for single is now printed on the door.
Shower was ok, hot water is only on noon to midnight, and they where out of towels when we arrived.
Wifi only works in the ground and first floors, not the 2nd one.
Room had lots of character, paint peeling off the walls, rusty fixtures and poorly light, but ok cleanliness.

Just about acceptable
This hotel is situated centrally in the Ville Nouvelle near Place Florence and very convenient for connections with the medina and railway station. It is clean, but when we were there, the restaurant was closed for decoration and had been for some time. The rooms were small and there was no air-con, which was an issue as we were there in September and it got uncomfortably hot at night.
The general state of the fixtures was poor. The shower head was rusted up so that there was only a jet of rusty water coming out of half-a-dozen holes. I had to use my swiss army knife to open up more holes so it would work properly. There were three lights in the room but only one worked. We were lucky - my friend had a room with no working lights. We asked reception to fix this and they got as far as taking apart one light fitting and replacing the bulb. Progress, I guess, but they didn't bother to re-fit the light's cover.
The double rooms were priced at 200dhs, which we agreed when we checked in, but the tariff displayed in reception had prices at 185dhs. When we queried this, we were told that they were old prices. Hmm. Breakfast is not included in the price, but there are plenty of cafes in the area where you can get great coffee and pastries, so no big drama.
The big problem with this hotel (and any hotel in the area) is the noise at night. It is busy and therefore noisy until the early hours - traffic noise, people shouting, dogs barking etc. If you keep the windows closed it is a bit quieter, but this simply isn't practical in the summer.
To be honest, if I went back to Fes again, I would pay a bit more and find a hotel with air-con, decent plumbing and working lights.

tres mauvais et tres bruyant.
j y ai été en février, chambre froide, vieille, sale, mal entrenue. Tout est vieux, les draps sont sales. Il n y a ni télé, ni climatisation ni rien. LEs fenêtres sont vieilles et on entend tout le bruit jour comme de nuit.... c est juste dans le coin d'un grand boulevard....bagarres entre les gens, entre taxi, ivrognes....on entend tout..... sans parler du bruit des voisins, car les chambres sont très vieilles et mal insonirisé. Le pire dans tous ca est l acceuil tres mal poli et desagreable d'un receptionniste;..bref a DECONSEILLER totalement. vous le regretterez! il y a bien mmieux a FES!
