Camping increible
Unfair negative feedback from this site. You cannot ask for more from this hotel/campsite. We went with our camper (the first time we stayed in Morocco) and the experience was 10, as:
1. The staff was wonderful. From security, reception, waiters and those who managed the campsite. We all do!
2. Absolute cleanliness of bathrooms, camping area and bar/restaurant 3. Camping area with all services. From bathrooms, to clean water fillings and the possibility of emptying grey and dirty water. Ahh and electricity! The area surrounded by green (there is pool but we went in January so we didn't even try)
It is 20 minutes from the medina of Fez by taxi (it cost us home 120 dirhans) and 5 minutes there is a large supermarket ideal to fill the things of the camper
Ahh and we had dinner in the restaurant a vegetable pizza (spectacular) and a delicious cous built

RESTAURANT LE DIAMOND GREEN...
Very satisfied with the campsite but...Restaurant null , the dishes are tasteless dry and tasteless (reheated)We fed but we did not feast at all.It is very far from shining like a diamond compared to others in FES]

Bad experience
Do not call on the "service" offered for an all-inclusive tour of Fez from the campsite: overpriced and null organization in terms of transport. As much as the official guide planned was impeccable as the taxi included in the package shamefully takes advantage of the situation to take 3 couples in his car which corresponds to being paid 3 X for the same trip!

Bungalows diamond green 2024 .
My remarks about the condition of the bungalows and the service of the hotel "Green Diamond" in Fes:
1. The smell and humidity
A strong musty smell is present in the bungalows due to persistent humidity.
2. Insufficient and poor quality equipment
The equipment in the bungalows is insufficient and in poor condition, not meeting the basic needs of guests.
3. Internet problems
The Wi-Fi connection is very weak, with frequent network outages, making it difficult to use the Internet.
4. Faulty refrigerator
The refrigerator was wet and covered with green mold, making it unusable.
5. Broken furniture
The living room table was broken and lacked glass, making it dangerous and unusable.
6. Obsolete sanitary facilities
The Italian toilets were equipped with very old and poorly maintained taps.
7. Questionable cleanliness
The abandoned soaps on the shower partition looked like a collection left by the previous occupants.
The terrace was in a deplorable state, with dirty chairs and a thick layer of dust, as if we were in the desert.
8. Bedding and comfort
The mattresses and blankets were very dirty, old, and uncomfortable, requiring immediate replacement.
9. Inefficient air conditioning
The air conditioning only worked with a wall-mounted remote control without any control buttons, making it complicated to use.
10. Presence of cats
Cats were ubiquitous in the establishment, giving the impression of being in a zoo. Moreover, the smell of cat waste was unbearable.
11. Risks for people with allergies
This place is strongly discouraged for allergy sufferers, due to poor hygiene conditions and the presence of animals.
Under these conditions, I was unable to sleep all evening. Instead of spending a moment relaxing and changing routines, I find myself writing remarks and suggestions for the hotel to correct its problems, at 2:40 in the morning. I am really disappointed and extremely unhappy.
I am now forced, with my children, to leave this place where, unfortunately, the quality of reception and services has deteriorated considerably over the years. It is all the more regrettable because I have beautiful memories here, memories that I hoped to share with my children to make them live this experience.
Unfortunately, this hotel that was close to my heart seems to have lost all its shine.
Finally, I just want to convey a message to the people in charge, and especially to the head of this institution. This place is beautiful for its location and potential, but there is an urgent need to invest in improving the quality of services and restoring the image of this place.
With better management and concrete improvements, this hotel could once again become a must-see for visitors.
