We spent two very beautiful days at the Palais Berbère in Ouarzazate. It was a restful and relaxing stay, in a beautiful setting.
We greatly appreciated the quality of the meals. Everything was delicious and we would like to congratulate the chef as well as his entire team for their excellent work.
The service was remarkable from the beginning to the end of our stay. Whether it was the housekeeping staff or the restaurant staff, everyone was attentive, professional, and always smiling.
A special mention to Bart, whose service was simply exceptional. Her kindness, professionalism, smile, and attention to detail made all the difference and made each of our meals even more enjoyable. Thank you also to Moubarak for his warm welcome and excellent service.
A big thank you to the entire team at the Palais Berbère in Ouarzazate for your hospitality and dedication. We leave with very beautiful memories and we recommend this hotel without the slightest hesitation. We will return with great pleasure.

A Perfect Luxury Retreat After the Sahara Experience

Berbère Palace is a truly luxurious hotel with perfect architecture and an outstanding level of service. The staff is extremely attentive and genuinely kind, making the entire stay feel effortless and welcoming.
The hotel is beautifully designed and surrounded by lush greenery, which creates a peaceful oasis atmosphere in the heart of the city—perfect for relaxing after the intense Sahara experience.
The swimming pool is large, comfortable, and ideal for unwinding and enjoying the calm environment.
We also truly appreciated the flexibility offered at checkout. Even though check-out time was at 12:00, we were kindly allowed to stay longer and enjoy the pool a bit more, which made our departure much more relaxed.
A perfect place to rest, recharge, and enjoy true luxury. Highly recommended.

An oasis to enjoy

My husband and I are with a tour group. Stayed here one night. Just beautiful! Spread out with several outdoor places to hang out and chill. The pool is beautiful although we didn’t go in. Our room had everything we needed and were brought extra towels in a timely manner. Lovely flowers and movie memorabilia all over.

Wonderful spot with Hollywood Flair

We have been there for three days and started our tours from here, that was a really good decision. The pool area and Restaurant had plenty of Space and sitting on the terrasse was a nice experience. The a la carte options served were tasty.
Two hints- Upgrade and maintain your gym a bit better and the alcohol prices are too high.
