Stay at the Alcazar.

Riad well located at one of the gates of the medina, clean room, comfortable bedding, good breakfast. Terrace and pool are very enjoyable.
Very pleasant and attentive staff.

A riad that deserves better management...

A very nice establishment in photos and a good location, but the stay was disappointing given the high price. Several issues that should never exist in an establishment of this standard: hair in the bed, unusable safe despite three requests, Nespresso capsules without a machine, cockroaches in the room, cigarette butts never cleaned on the terrace. The lack of maintenance and follow-up is glaring. At this price, one expects impeccable service, not having to report the same problems multiple times. Disappointing experience that does not reflect the advertised level.

What an incredible little gem! We found it last minute for our final night in Rabat and couldn't have been happier with it. Staff were extra helpful, especially George. The rooms are beautifully decorated and very spacious. Roof top infinity pool was a cherry on top!
The only couple of minor things to mention is that the air con is controlled centrally, so there is no way to adjust the temperature from the room directly. And the parking is not really on site as listed in the description, but on street, next to riad. Expect to pay a small fee to a street 'manager' who will help with finding a spot to park.

Nice Riyadh

We stayed 1 night at the hotel. Nice neat room, just no room to put our suitcases elevated. Nice bed. Bathroom tidy. We had half board, not really advisable considering we were the only ones there using the meal felt uncomfortable. Neat traditional breakfast

Best experience ever from Riad L’Alcazar

L’Alcazar was the best experience ever for my 7 day holiday in Rabat, just wish it had been for longer. From the moment we arrived, the Service could not have been any better from Sharon, George, Rashed, Mustafah and the Manager Mohammad. Our every need was catered for and on our first night we had a most beautiful meal of Chicken Tagine. The bedrooms were so spacious and the most comfortable bed. Every place so airy and beautifully decorated. Lovely roof top terrace with pool to relax in the evenings. Location was brilliant, would definitely highly recommend it for short or long term visit. Will definitely be returning there, Exceptional service from all staff, treated more like family. Thank you to all for making it a most enjoyable and memorable experience.❤️. Eilish, Ireland.
