Stay would have been rated excellent but for the persistent water problems. Went for days without a shower at times with a sink full of dirty dishes i couldn't wash because of a lack of water. The owner said this was a temporary problem, but it was a consistent problem throughout my stay. When I asked for a discount because of the issue he offered a pittance. Pool is beautiful and well-maintained but extremely cold. Location is in a beautiful neighborhood but very remote, which might be a good thing for some.

Awesome appartment, awesome place !
We stayed here 1 week.
The apartment was about 60 m2 on 2. floor with a super cool terrasse with direct access from the living room and bedroom.
Overall well maintained, clean, and comfortable furniture and amenities.
There is washing machine and a fine equipped kitchen. The bathroom is also good modern standard.
The outdoor garden with swimming pool was awesome
The staff are helpful, kind and polite and so is Mr. Eric who owns the place in partnership with his son.
He has a choice of 3 cars you can rent with driver for the price of 60 € - 90 € per day.
We had some problems with the TV and the owen, but Eric was solving it immediately.
We will for sure come back!
We were informed that the pool area will be fully renewed during this year.

I recommend Le Paradisier in Tana!
The kindness and availability of the owner, the apartment is clean, well equipped and quiet. Ideally located in a secure residence, there is a large, very pleasant swimming pool in a tropical environment. I recommended it to my friends!

Sehr schönes Apartment und zweckmäßig ausgestattet mit kompletter Küche und Kochgeschirr, Waschmaschine, Klimaanlage und Heizung.
Das Gelände, auf dem sich das Apartment befindet, wird Rund um die Uhr überwacht.
Sehr netter Kontakt vor Ort. Es wurde bei der Vermittlung von Ausflügen geholfen.
Zum Zentrum sind es je nach Tageszeit und Verkehr 15 Autominuten aufwärts.
Landesbedingt ist vereinzeln mit Stromausfällen und Wasserausfall zu rechnen, was aber nicht negativ bewertet werden kann.
