Spacious and clean room, comfortable bed. The hotel is old and needs a makeover as the doors and some furniture are worn out.
The corridor carpet is old and has musty smell, i think it needs to be replaced.
For the excellent location and reasonable price , this hotel offers a good value for money.

Located strategically near town centre and fascinating view of Sg Pahang river. Easy to check in and price is affordable.
Near to visitor attraction. ( night market, food stall, and Menara Kuantan.
Room are clean and I like the view from my room ( river view ). Toilet really clean and attractive. Water from shower is very strong .
Breakfast very delicious even though simple.
Very friendly customer service from the reception and operator.
I love it and will come again and stay here.

I wish all staff are as good as the staff at this hotel

10 out of 10. I would like to especially thank the reception staff for their hard work whilst I stayed at this hotel. Their smiles and helpfulness is something I will always remember. Thank you so much

I was in 503, the shower hang on the wall is too high and shower angle is ridiculous, water gone beyond the shower curtain.
The towel holder is so high that I almost need to climb a chair to reach it, maybe I really too short to be an adult.
Appreciate the lady who cut the pineapple slice for us in the breakfast place.
