Mouldy walls

Bad room hotel. Leaking here and ther, mouldy walls, crack tiles. smelly cant event smell. Not recommended to stay or vacation. lobby flooding environment dirty

There is cracks on the floor and bathroom doors. Bathroom is just ……🤢. The view is nice and the bed is comfy. The receptionist at night is not friendly at all but others are great.

Place2Stay claims three stars but it doesn't offer this quality of accomodation. The building is not well maintained, the rooms are a little shabby and the services are basic. Rooms are never cleaned during the stay, even for a longer stay, and the waste bins are never emptied. Please give your guests a broom and let they know that bottles are not to be thrown away in the room bins!
It's definitely not good value, hardly two stars.
But the location is great as a lot of good Kuching restaurants are located around and it's possible to walk on the river side to the city centre.

Stayed at this hotel for 1 night, unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations. The room I was given had no windows, which made it feel quite enclosed and stuffy. The space was very tight and not particularly comfortable for a relaxing stay. Considering the price, I expected better—especially when there are other hotels offering more spacious and comfortable rooms for the same rate. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend it unless location is your only priority. Better value can definitely be found elsewhere.

Indah kabar dr rupa. The room not clean enough, smelly & toilet sticky. The bed cover and pillow sheets macam tak bertukar. Overall disappointed.
