The rooms are clean and well renovated. The slide in the living room is a plus as my kids liked it. Very convenient as the location has many shops and restaurants.

I dont believe
I stayed here with my family in July 2026. Unfortunately, I left my Apple wireless earbuds under the pillow. When I contacted the hotel to ask if they had found them, they sent me a photo confirming that they had.
I asked if they could send them to me, making it clear that I was, of course, willing to pay all shipping costs. I was going to stay for another five days at my next destination, so there was plenty of time to send them.
They initially agreed, but when I asked how I could pay, they told me that the only payment method accepted was a bank card issued by a Malaysian bank. I explained several times that we are foreigners and do not have a Malaysian bank account. We tried multiple alternative payment methods, but they rejected every single one and kept insisting that payment could only be made with a Malaysian bank card.
When I finally expressed my frustration and said that it seemed they simply did not want to send them, they replied that I should not worry because they would keep the earbuds until some friends of mine could collect them.
I find this completely unacceptable. They knew perfectly well that we are not from Malaysia and that paying with a Malaysian bank card was impossible for us. The customer service was extremely poor, and I feel completely let down.

The room is clean and the view of the Straits of Melaka and Encore Melaka is spectacular. It is well located with shops and Encore Melaka nearby and not too far from the attractions in Melaka. The facilities are Kids friendly. However, at certain location near the kids swimming pool has stinking urine smell and the water is not that clean which require some improvement.

I recently stayed at Bali Residence in Melaka and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The property is strategically located, just a short drive away from Jonker Street and other attractions, making it convenient for sightseeing.
The apartment was clean and spacious, with Balinese-inspired decor that gave a relaxing vibe. The pool area was definitely a highlight — large, well-maintained, and perfect for families or those just wanting to unwind.
However, a few things could be improved. The check-in process was slightly delayed and could be better organized. Some minor maintenance issues like lighting or Wi-Fi connectivity were noticed, but nothing major that ruined the stay.
Parking is available and secure, which is a plus. Also, the surrounding area is relatively quiet, which adds to the restful atmosphere.

Nice room, nice service, nice location. Cleanliness not so good as saw some ants and sands in the room
