Had a wonderful stay here. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Staff were extremely friendly and attentive throughout the trip. Location was convenient and the overall experience exceeded expectations. Definitely a place I would return to again.

Overall, the stay was good, but the handling of an accident involving the room key was very unprofessional.
I accidentally left the room key (only one set was provided) inside the room. When I reached out for assistance, the customer service staff seemed more focused on blaming me rather than helping to resolve the situation. The incident happened around 6pm. Initially, I was told that a staff member would come over, and I was even asked to prepare a tip for the assistance—which I didn’t mind, as I just wanted the issue resolved so I could have peace of mind for dinner.
However, things did not go as promised. I was told to go out first and wait to be contacted when the staff was about to arrive. I went to a nearby shop for dinner and waited, but as expected, no update came. I tried messaging and calling multiple times, but there was no response.
After some time, another staff member messaged in the WhatsApp group, suggesting that I go for a walk while they arranged for someone to enter the room to look for the key without my presence. I was not entirely comfortable with this, but I agreed as I had little choice.
At around 9pm, the customer service staff contacted me again to ask where I might have dropped the key. I politely suggested checking the living room floor area. Unfortunately, the reply I received was sarcastic, which made the whole experience even more unpleasant.
To keep it brief, while the property itself was fine, the customer service was unfriendly and the handling of the situation was disappointing.

Check-in was super easy, and the property is very accessible with a convenient location near town. The place is also quiet, clean, and well-maintained.
One thing to note during check-out time: since many guests check out around the same period, it’s better to take the lift up first before going down. Otherwise, you may end up waiting in a long queue depending on the crowd and traffic 😅
Overall, it was a great stay, and a big thank you to the host for being so attentive and responsive throughout.

Sound insulation is super poor.
We can clearly when the person talk over the phone at next door.
The floor can be more cleaned as there is footprint there upon our arrival.
