Early 2025 Review

Good stay for those who are planning to travel via Miri Airport.
Room: Room was clean although some aspects of it were quite old but mostly still well maintained. Initially when checking in, the bathroom door couldn't close, it was stuck and can't lock. Called the front desk and they sent the maintenance guy to help fix the issue. Fast forward to an hour later, the door was fixed and new locks installed. It took time to fix but at least they got the job done.
Parking: Plenty of parking spaces and you can also park your car securely at their designated parking area if you're planning to travel via the airport.
Van shuttle service to and from airport is also provided. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Spacious room & bathroom, comfortable bed, cleanliness still have room to improve, strategic location opposite Miri International Airport. Breakfast serve as set meal. Complimentary shuttle service to Airport

Overall, I had a good experience at the hotel. The room service food was nice. The only improvement needed is with the hot water shower; the hot water takes too long, and strong water pressure is only available with cold water.

My third time stayed here since my last visit 5 years ago...near Miri airport...will stay here again for my next vacation...one of my fav dish Laksa Sarawak...U should try this. Very recommended

Stayed at Jinhold's 2-bedroom apartment. We have stayed here before and are always eager to come back. The shuttle van service to the airport is so convenient. The staff are always friendly and very courteous.
