Comfortable Night Stay

Had a really pleasant stay! The location is great, with shopping malls just a short walk away, making it very convenient. The service was excellent, and the staff were warm, polite, and welcoming. Staff members at the reception as well as the lobby , Soecial shout-out to Mr Qamarruzaman, were proactive, attentive, and always ready to assist guests with their needs.
Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. The room was clean and comfortable. While some of the furniture could benefit from a refresh, it didn't affect the overall experience. The atmosphere was pleasant, and I had a restful night's sleep. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay, and I would be happy to return.

Ok but tired and need of renovation.

Nice staff. Breakfast nice enough. Location ok. Can walk to Gurney plaza and paragon. Pool ok but old and a bit dirty. Very dirty and dusty in room. Nice toiletries and aircon. Water given daily. KFC next door and some basic eating options. Needs renovation.

The worst hotel I ever stayed! Most amenities are very out dated, Musty smell in the room and poor ventilation, feeling suffocated. Towels are dirty with stains.

Good experience.

We're a family. It's a pleasure to stay at this hotel. The staff is very friendly, especially Mr. Qamaruzzaman, who is very kind and polite to help me with whatever.
