Not a bad option for a short stop in Penang

The hotel is conveniently located: nearby there is a night market, various cafes and a 7/11 store, so everything is within walking distance. The old town can be reached by taxi in ~ 10 minutes. The room has a balcony, air conditioning and a large bed, and the building has an elevator. The occupancy was quick, and a refundable deposit of RM50 was taken upon entry. The room is spacious and clean enough, cleaned every day. Entry to the room by electronic key. Bottled water is not put in the room, but a bottle is provided, which can be filled from the cooler next to the lobby. On the downside - when leaving the room and removing the electronic key, the air conditioning is turned off, so it is hot on return. There's also no fridge in the room. I only stayed here for three days and mostly only came for the night, so I was fine with it. Generally a normal option for its price.

Firstly there is a lift. The room has a kettle, no mini fridge but water fountain is on the lobby floor. I really enjoyed my stay here, the room is spotless. The room was great

Week Wifi. Most hotels at this rate would provide 2 complementry bottles of water but not YAN Hotel. Can only see TV Malaysia in Malay language. The Chinese TV show, muteI. I spent 4 nights and never once did the hotel make the bed.

All was good except the wall on the room is moldy and the paint is peeling off and the rest is all ok for a budget hotel, parking was provided which is good as in Penang itself finding a parking is a problem! Receptionist was super friendly

Easy to find the hotel...the good thing is the hotel provide parking which is we stay at the crowded place
