Extremely Disappointing & Unhygienic Stay

I’m writing this review with great disappointment. The room was damp and had a terrible smell. The bedsheets were extremely dirty, looked like they hadn’t been washed, and had a foul, rotten odor. The towels were as dirty as cleaning rags. The bathroom was also filthy and smelled like cockroaches. The floor was dirty and clearly had not been cleaned or maintained at all.We immediately reported all of these issues to the reception. However, they did not respond properly, made no effort to replace the dirty sheets and towels with clean ones, and refused to offer any refund. Because of this, we had no choice but to check out early and find another hotel.I strongly do not recommend this place if you care about cleanliness and basic customer service.

The smell of the room is very uncomfortable.
We received are very bad condition of the towels and bedspread. They provided 2 packs of coffee 3 in 1 but with one cup and did not provide a teaspoon to brew the coffee. I hope the hotel can improve the service and facilities.

Arrived on Sunday but the motel has no water until Wednesday and ask guest to cancel booking. Still check in because has no place to stay. The bed is full of stained (yellowish stains) , the door has no proper safety lock, the window has no lock at all, the wardrobe almost fall apart, few electrical items in the room is falling, dan room has strong cigarette smell.(which made me migrain)
