Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A maximum of 2 children aged 0–12 years will eat for free based on the rules and meal plan of the accompanied adult, excluding beverages. Please note that a Green Tax of USD 12 per person, per night is applicable additionally. Due to safety and privacy concerns, the operation of unmanned aerial systems, or drones, by any of the guests, including model aircraft by recreational users and hobbyists, is prohibited. Please note that all surfers wishing to stay and surf at Holiday Inn Resort Kandooma Maldives are required to book a complete Surf & Accommodation package through our exclusive surf partner, Perfect Wave. To preserve the exclusivity and quality of the surf experience the resort is unable to accept any direct bookings for surfing. All surfers must pre-book their stay and wave access through Perfect Wave. All resort transfers are arranged based on the international flight schedule. Guests are required to provide the flight details at least 24 hours prior to the travel date. The shared return speedboat transfer price is: - USD 160 per adult, taxes included - USD 80 per child from 4 to 12 years old inclusive of taxes. Please note that the property has mandatory Gala Dinner on Christmas Eve Gala Dinner on 24 December USD 250 per adult, subject to taxes. New Year's Eve Gala Dinner on 31 December USD 350 per adult, subject to taxes. Please note that extra charges have to be paid to the property directly upon check-out.
