Poor
After two evenings of seeing rats approaching our room more and more, walking on our balcony and in the common areas, we informed the reception and decided to change hotels. The receptionist, very pleasant, understood our displeasure and called her manager in front of us to discuss the refund. After agreeing that we should send our RIB, which we did within an hour, we are still waiting for our refund of 255 euros for the three nights we did not honor. Of course, we have not received any further replies to our emails or phone calls.

poor management and planning from the establishment leaving the guest feeling unwelcome
We visited as a group of 20 guests under a full board arrangement and were very disappointed with the way the restaurant service was handled.
Our food order was placed at 6:00 pm, with a clear request for dinner to be served at 7:00 pm because children were part of the group. Despite this, service was incomplete and poorly managed. Only 10 starters were served for the entire group, several items were missing, and the children’s meals appeared to be of low quality and not freshly prepared.
When we brought this to the attention of the waitress, her response was inappropriate. She stated that the situation was not her responsibility and that she was managing the entire restaurant, asking us to wait without offering assistance.
After repeated attempts, we contacted the manager by phone. We were informed that she would respond only after her vacation, which was unacceptable given the circumstances.
Due to the lack of professionalism, service recovery, and consideration for guests, we decided to leave the property late that night. No apology or follow-up has been provided to date.
Based on this experience, we would not recommend this establishment.

RUN. Not recommended
We were a group of 20 pax who paid for a FB package,but unfortunately service in restaurant was very poor.
We order food at 6pm with waitress and request to be served at 7pm cause there were children with us.
We received only 10 starter which we needed to share among us! And kid menu which the food look like its has been cooked in oil using several days.
Service was as if we were begging
We informed the waitress regarding missing food.
She told us its not her problem cause she need to manage every client and the whole restaurant.we need to wait.
This situation make us very upset.
After several tentative to talk to the manager on phone.
She Mrs Patricia,told us that she has been working a whole year she will revert back to us as soon she complete her vacation
We decided not to proceed with our stay there and leave late at night.as at date, no excuse from staff nor management.
We have save money for long to prepare a nice time in family.
Hope you people who are reading do not experience the same things.
