In the first place there was no staff at the place when checking in at 8pm. Luckily, someone showed up after ringing the bell several times. Rooms are a bit outdated but clean. Noisy surrounding and a lot of nose during the whole night, barely couldn’t sleepy. Nevertheless, used this hotel only to get easy to the airport the next day

Worst and dirtiest hotel of my life

We stopped for the night because the plane arrived late and in the morning we needed to see the museum within walking distance and then rent a car. There is no elevator in the hotel, so you will have to drag your suitcase up the narrow stairs.
Dirty windows, dirty stained bathroom mirror, cigarette stink in the room, swollen edges of furniture. Breakfast is until 9, so you will be woken up by a knock on the door. There is only soap in the room. If you don't have shampoo, you'll walk around with unwashed hair. I didn’t take a photo of the hotel, everything was so terrible there.
I didn't like anything about the hotel. He's terrible. The stench of the room will haunt you for a long time. The worst hotel in my life, although I have stayed in hostels during my travels.

:dirty and not what web page says dont wast you. money here

the rooms are not clean note even breakfast era to have breakfast that we payed for struggle since monday to get a refund to go to another place we check in on the 27 oct 2018 till 10 nov 2018 had to ask them the next morning tp clean cubboard to put our clothes in cold shower had to ask them to fix water and ask for toilet papper not even a breakfast what we payed for dont have a breakfast era ni air-conditioning they had a week to clean the room before we arrived spider webs dust and dirt not even proper bedding duvet full of dirty marks no duvet cover no terrace big green clock rhing stays on all night can not even watch tv no English channels balcony no clean i have posted all the pics on my facebook page my travel agent has been going out of her way more then that exstra mile to get the owners to refund us so we can go some where else they the owners have read the emails and gotten the phone call but from monday 29 oct 2018 and still no reply from them and we booked 2 weeks leaving 10 nov 2018 so please dont book here and wast your money go see pictures on my facebook page betsie serfontein the beach is 45 min from accommodation tou. must take a bus or taxi that wil cost you 400 rupees for the day by taxi or 100 per day by bus
