The people at this place are so full of BS.
They gave me a room with the doorknob mest up. When I asked for a different room. They said every room was the same. So I checked the other doors and no they were not all the same. And they just kept lying and lying. Definitely would not stay here again. If you like safety, do not stay here.

For a person that loves Acapulco this was our first time staying at this hotel definitely could do better in the cleanliness of the rooms especially by removing mold from the restroom walls. Overall, it was a nice day at this hotel.
