LOUSY SERVICE

LOUSY SERVICE. I stayed in this place on the 15th of September 1 night which excessively raised the prices (for the festivities) two rooms. Everyone knows that the Service offered by a “hotel” is mainly rest, when we return to the hotel; the HOTEL STAFF and I understand that it was one of the MANAGERS and another receptionist had their friends drinking, screaming, singing at the hotel reception, affecting our rest which is what the hotel pays for, I had to go out TWICE (last 2:30 am) to ask them that we please want to sleep, the alcoholized “MANAGER” told me that there would be a refund that rested what I could. They NEVER took responsibility for it. NEVER answered my messages again. The girl at the reception the next day was excusing herself at parties and that's the way it was at the hotel. To which I replied that if so, they must warn people that in that hotel you CANNOT SLEEP WHY THEIR EMPLOYEES PARTY AT THE RECEPTION WITH THEIR FRIENDS AND ARE ALL DRUNK. Lousy Service and not responsible for what they say.

Hat roaches not ac no windows plus am pay for 2 rooms double beds and was only one wit 2 beds but the most important was no Ac and a big roaches around the rooms

This place needs a makeover and a new administration. The shower was disgusting. We found a soap on the floor from previous guests and it stinks, had mould. Just gross. We arrive in the evening with no other option but to stay.
