We loved it! We want to come back!

The hotel is beautiful the amazing service and delicious food. Thank you very much to Miguel who at all times made us feel amazing thanks to aldair in reception for his friendliness always and to the staff in general. Super recommended! They'll have a great time!

Bacalar lagoon for couples

Location was great, very close to the lagoon and restaurants. The place was very relaxing with peaceful atmosphere. Room was smaller than anticipated on the pictures, with open space to the bathroom and main room. There was no standard equipment like soap, hairdryer, mini fridge etc. There was issue with locking the room, but resolved very quickly. Value was proportional to the location. Room and the complex was clean.

Dishonest receptionist.

Call for a hab. 2 adults 3 kids offered me one for $3800.
Arrived I saw the room I liked it we entered very well, 1 king with 1 bunk bed.
When I paid I wanted to charge $4,300 pesos.
Same person who answered my phone and showed me the $3,800 room.
Beware of the profanity that is not done besides that it was 11 at night and we were married for the trip.

Recommended and the food is delicious.

The experience was very pleasant, the people who work at the hotel are super friendly and friendly. They had many attentions with us. Breakfast is delicious. Although it has no view of the lagoon, in front they have a club to be facing the lagoon.

You have to live the experience of staying at Luxury Cabins

It is a wonderful place, has elegant and fresh finishes, the rooms are according to the place, the attention of the staff is fantastic and above all it is very safe.
Very quiet, no noise of any kind and welcome you with a rich lemonade
