Good attention and kindness

The place is nice, the lady at the reception is very friendly, so she helped me with the directions I needed for my trips around the city. The typical breakfast of the place, very abundant and I was also lucky that I coincided with an older man who also took care of the clients and I had a very interesting cultural talk about the city's surroundings.

Lovely, small Mexican B&B • Fabulous

I stayed at Hotel Casa Majorca for a week to go to the WTA Finals tennis tournament. I did’nt want to stay in the Hotel Zone. I stumbled across this wonderful hotel on TripAdvisor. It’s 10 miles from the Hotel Zone. The family who own this hotel make up the salt of the earth. Comfortablehotel with most of the amenities. No TV or refrigerator. Yes, AC. One reason I booked it was a review here had mentioned a great Mexican restaurant was next door to the hotel. Los Abuelos Campestre is one of the best Mexican restaurants I’ve run across.

Nice small hotel close to the center of town.

We stayed just for one night, after late arrival in Cancun. We had nice, clean, small room on the first floor. The owners were very nice. They also have a really good restaurant were we had breakfast. Coffee was very good also. The small table in our room had the bottom of old sewing machine as a base, cute.

A wonderful surprise

Our only regret is that we could just stay 1 night at Casa Mallorca. The hotel is very elegant, clean, super pleasant. Fresh, spotless rooms, excellent position. The owners, though, are simply the best part of the experience. Rarely in all these years of travelling have I met such kind, dedicated owners. They helped us greatly with the planning of our visit, they arranged an early breakfast just for us, helped us printing our boarding passes, and they made us feel at home. Thank you so much! This place is truly perfect and we would definitely come back!

Cute and Friendly

I stayed here for not even one night as I really just needed a place to leave my bags and rest until a local friend was able to pick me up after their shift at work. However, I'm so glad I chose to stay here because the entire family staff was so kind and helpful to me. They took all four of my (very heavy) suitcases directly to my room, explained everything within walking distance on a local map for me, and even assisted in getting my luggage in a taxi late at night when it was finally time for me to leave. The room was also very clean and you can tell they put a lot of care in the hotel. It was a nice, quaint little welcome into Downtown Cancun :)
