The hotel lobby and counter staff were good. I wasn't a fan of being surprised with valet parking on arrival, some kind of communication ahead of time would have been good. The room was clean, but the shower was not in the best shape and the cleaning looked like it was only on the surface in the shower; the grout needs to be treated for mold/mildew. Street level conversation was audible from the 3rd floor.

1 night stay

Had a great stay here. Got a good price for a downtown hotel. Very walkable around downtown. Loved all the windows in the room, though they needed a good clean, but desert climate. Interesting historical building. We heard more noise during the day than at night, I think it was Hotel Indigo’s rooftop bar!! Comfy bed, good shower and wifi. Lots of games in the lobby.

We booked this hotel for the BTS concert and the staff was amazing and the rooms were very gorgeous with beautiful views no matter what room you get it’s just beautiful. Thanks to the staff for making our stay feeling like home and welcoming!
