My experience at Hotel Boutique Delfina was excellent. The hotel is beautiful, with carefully curated décor and a peaceful atmosphere that truly invites you to relax. The rooms are comfortable, very clean, and thoughtfully designed with details that make a difference.
The staff was consistently kind and attentive, always willing to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
The only downside I noticed was that the restaurant service could use some improvement, as it tended to be quite slow and I often had to ask for basic items.

Quiet hotel within walking distance of Paseo de Montejo.

The hotel is well situated and within walking distance of Paseo de Montejo, where you can find museums, galleries, and cafes. The hotel is quiet and has excellent service. The restaurant Nai serves traditional Mexican breakfast, and for lunch and dinner, the menu is different; it has a selection of Spanish dishes.

We have stayed in many hotels in Merida over the years and this very well might be number one. The room was fantastic and the staff very friendly and accomodating. Great food in the restaurant as well. Highly recommended.
