Location is very good, that’s the best part. The towels giving for the room had stains and one day there where no towels left in the room. There is no fan in the room so it was really hot. Also it is by no means sound proof, you can hear everything and all night the doorbell rings.

The staff in the morning lack customer service professionalism.
The rooms were not cleaned, the towels had to be requested to be switch. There was dirt on the floor and the bed linens were not changed.

The location was excellent and the room was confortable with a very good bathroom. A step at the entrance was broken, and this is a tripping hazard that should be fixed.
