Tulum in November
We loved our stay here! Rooms were clean and comfortable. Hosts were nice and engaging and made us feel at home.
The hotel itself is beautiful! Felt secluded but yet we were a few minutes drive from downtown. Loved waking up to the rooster and the jungle birds. Fresh coffee is available daily on the upper floor. What a great way to wake up!

Nice on the outside, terrible on the inside
The hotel is picture perfect on the outside but it was far from the truth !
First incident : we rented a car so parking was a primary criteria for us and once we arrived, the hotel staff very rudely told us that there was no parking and that we had to park outside! To which we said that it was indicated in our reservation that the parking is included but he said that he didn’t care if we were unhappy and want to complain to booking !
Then, we went in the room and everything was rusted, the faucet, the kitchen equipment, everything. Then cherry on the cake, we were shocked to find cockroaches in the kitchen drawers .
The hotel DID NOTHING to make the situation better, they just replied « we will clean today »

The worst hotel experience ever!
Never ever go to this hotel!!!!
We had there a really terrible situation- fully unacceptable. By the end of September we booked and fully paid (for which we have an official confirmation) a stay in this hotel for 2 people. Today we arrived in Tulum, and were informed via Google translate at the reception (yes- the totally ignorant staff member at the reception desk was not able to say 1 word in english- was only laughing in a really arrogant way to us) that they have no existing reservation for us in their system. They claimed that the reservation (reminder- fully paid 1,5 months ago) was cancelled by booking.com (we contacted booking.com and there was never any cancellation made by booking.com) - the unprofessional staff just didnt take care of their internal booking system. We requested to confirm it officially per email/booking.com chat to ask for the refund and the staff still wasnt able to do it. After 1 hour of Google translate discussion an another unrespectful guy offered us the worst room- without hot water…. At the end we requested the refund at booking .com- but the staff in this hotel was so bad, that we already regret this hour spent in this place. The location is terrible- in the middle of nowhere, this is even not a street. The swimming pool is the smallest one we ve ever seen.

No Communication on left items
My girlfriend and I made several calls, texts and emails to the hotel after realizing we had left important items in the room. We received no communication whatsoever. Subsequently a friend who lives in Talum visited the hotel, and he was told there was no way they could inquire since there were occupants in the room. This was over 3 weeks ago. It’s a shame since otherwise the hotel is nice but not having the respect to contact us directly is unacceptable.

Excelente y cómoda experiencia, nos hospedamos 1 noche, pero si nos hubiera encantado poder quedarnos 1 noche más.
Instalaciones limpias, super completos los servicios de la habitación para el costo accesible, cuentan con pequeña cocina por si son estancias más largas.
Nos encantó que tienen piscina en la parte de abajo y área para botanear o tomar unas bebidas, y un rooftop con piscina.
La atención de Manuel en recepción super amable en todo y al pendiente.
Muy recomendable.
