on our trip, this place was one of my favorites as it has a central location

I really loved the place, it has very good harmony and decoration apart the attention is very good and the people who serve you are quite friendly and attentive. the food is delicious and great variety of dishes. if I returned to zacatecas I would definitely stay again in this hotel.

Unpleasant surprise

It was my favorite hotel in Zacatecas, I have been there for several years for work, but now that I went in August I have an unpleasant surprise. The cost of the high room, the price with breakfast is no longer promotional, only raise the cost also very high. The room dirty and without enough towels, but the worst is breakfast, which after being one of the best in all of Zacatecas, now I am very basic and without enough staff to attend. For the high price and bad breakfast, there are better options.

The so called family room doesn’t exist and they wanted to charge me extra. Thank goodness staff was understandable and didn’t charge me. Overall the hotel was not bad, bit older that I expected. Walkable distance to downtown and parking available were a plus.

A hotel with excellent buffet included in the cost!

Central hotel, comfortable rooms, good beds to rest, hotel that has elevator, maybe only bathrooms that smell damp, maybe require a modernized.
They have excellent buffet very complete and with excellent seasoning
I appreciate your attentions to Miss Patty was very kind to the group, I highly recommend them.

The best Hotel in the center of Zacatecas

Undoubtedly one of the best comfortable experiences for a short or long stay, very attentive and friendly staff... with a stunning view, its buffet restaurant with the most exquisite dishes, with a wonderful view.
