Me and my wife especially loved the friendly staff and the well stocked breakfast buffet. We had a sea view room and could enjoy the sunset whilst looking at the beautiful marina.
It was a lovely stay, and we highly recommend the hotel. We enjoyed a walk to the beach each day (5-10 min) where the hotel has a sun bed service agreement with another hotel (same company) The actual closest beach to the hotel is probably less than 100meters.

Perfect

Great location. Very clean lovely rooms. Hotel staff are really helpful and thoughtful. Breakfast was amazing Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Positives
Nice hotel on the outskirts of Herceg Novi.
Our suite was pleasant with a comfortable bed, comprehensive bathroom, nice lounge area and an outside deck with table and chairs overlooking the ocean. Staff were exceptional - friendly and professional.
Negatives
While the choice of foods at breakfast was excellent, the coffee machine was just awful, pumping out pre-made brown tasteless liquid. It’s appalling that a 4* hotel doesn’t have an automatic coffee machine that uses freshly ground coffee or have a real coffee machine available to customers. Another issue we had with breakfast was that staff had left the doors open to the outside and as a result flies were hanging around and landing on the food. It was really off-putting.
Neutrals
While Kredo has a nice deck with a small shallow swimming pool, to go for a swim in the sea at no cost, you need to walk 750m (the hotel says 500m, but we measured it on our Apple Watch) to their sister hotel - Hotel Perla. The platform there was large with lots of deck chairs and umbrellas and there’s a bar and restaurant area.
Kredo is located a good 30 minute walk along the seaside boardwalk from the centre of Herceg Novi, which is great if you are up for the walk, but it’s not positioned in a central location. Fortunately, a taxi into the centre only cost three euros. I assume the return cost is similar (we walked it).

Fantastic boutique hotel with great views!

Lovely boutique hotel steps away from the promenade and seafront.. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment which was really spacious, had a large double balcony area and fantastic views. Breakfast was amazing - so much choice and plentiful, plus we could eat outside with the sea & mountains as a stunning backdrop - I’m missing it already! There were a few restaurants and cafes close by in each direction (including the marina) then more restaurants with a 25/30 minute walk into the old town. Great that we could use the seafront loungers & parasols at La Perla.
