Amazing experience in WOOD HOTEL
It is worth visiting this place. The friendly staff will make you feel special. The excellent breakfast will give you energy for the day ahead. The view from the hotel is stunning.

Takk for at du deler din tilbakemelding med oss. Vi beklager sterkt at renholdet på rommet ikke var tilfredsstillende og at spaet ikke fungerte som det skulle under oppholdet. Dette er avvik fra våre standarder og blir fulgt opp med de ansvarlige avdelingene internt.
Når det gjelder tilretteleggingen for din sønn, ønsker vi å presisere at vi tok imot notatet om hans støyfølsomhet med stort alvor. Som vi snakket om på telefon før ankomst, avtalte vi å skru av musikken i resepsjonsområdet under innsjekk for å gi dere en rolig ankomst, noe vi også gjorde. Vi opplyste samtidig om at vi dessverre ikke kunne garantere musikkfrie fellesområder under frokosten av hensyn til de øvrige gjestene på hotellet.

Wedding Night
My husband booked a night with you. We were going to celebrate our wedding night and really looked forward to a nice hotel night.
We had cost us a bigger and more expensive room.
We had emailed in advance and were informed that they would make extra stas on us for the big occasion. They also asked for my name.
When we get in, the room is clean and fine. But no welcome and nothing that says we just got married. In the dishwasher there are plenty of clean glass. It's sterile and impersonal in the room.
In the bathroom there is no glass and the dorull is not in place.
Notify the reception that sorry. The housekeeper had 100 checks that day. But although it is understandable, it is not very good treatment for a special night for us, they had simply forgotten us.
I will not without further recommend Wood to others who are going to have special occasions. Because it may be forgotten.
It should be said that we got free access to the pool and spa. But I know others have also received it on less special occasions. There was also a lack of service at times.
Is really disappointing and sorry for it left a big damper on a perfect conclusion of our wedding.
When my husband checked out the next day he was asked if he had had a good stay. He black tja... not quite. The reception did not ask any more about it. He said nothing more and we went home.
That's so bad. Nice and great hotel, but I can not recommend them further if you expect anything extra.

Amazing stay, but vegan options needed
We had a brilliant stay overall. The hotel is stunning, and the rooftop pool was absolutely incredible - the perfect place to experience the midnight sun.
The only area that let our stay down was the dining experience. As vegans, there were only a couple of options available to us at breakfast, although clearer labelling would have been helpful. Unfortunately, there were no vegan options on either the lunch or dinner menus. Given the hotel's location outside the town and the fact that we were relying on public transport, this made mealtimes quite challenging. This was particularly disappointing because we had booked the Midnight Sun package, which included a complimentary dessert when dining in the restaurant. We would have happily eaten there, but with no vegan main courses available, it wasn't really an option. To add to the frustration, none of the desserts were vegan either.
With just a few plant-based options added to the lunch and dinner menus, the hotel could provide a much more inclusive experience and make an already fantastic stay even better.

Excellent stay from start to finish.
The hotel is beautifully designed, with a warm, modern atmosphere and fantastic views. The rooms are stylish, comfortable, and spotlessly clean, making it easy to relax after a day exploring Bodø.
The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with recommendations or any requests. Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of fresh, high-quality food, and the restaurant was equally impressive.
The location is ideal, with easy access to the waterfront, the city centre, and local attractions. Every detail felt thoughtfully considered, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations.
